1. General Information
These Terms of Service govern the Senior wellness and recovery programs offered by SeniorRetreat through the domain SeniorRetreat.biz. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any program, purchasing any info product, or acquiring any goods.

2. Services
SeniorRetreat offers personalized wellness and recovery programs designed to support healthy aging and lifestyle improvement. These services may include guided exercises, nutritional guidance, stress management workshops, and rehabilitation support.
2.1 Enrollment and Scheduling
Enrollment is confirmed upon full settlement of program fees. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability with at least 72 hours notice.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as group workshops and live retreats, are designated as non-refundable due to limited capacity. These offerings will be clearly marked during registration. Participants unable to attend such programs may transfer their enrollment to another individual with at least 14 days notice.
3. Info Products
SeniorRetreat offers digital guides, video courses, and downloadable resources.
3.1 Usage Rights
All info products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing is prohibited.
3.2 Reimbursement Eligibility
Requests for reimbursement of info products must be made within 14 days of initial access and prior to consuming more than 10% of the content. To request a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form.
4. Goods
SeniorRetreat offers select physical items such as exercise equipment, wellness kits, and branded merchandise.
4.1 Shipping and Handling
Items are shipped from our Zurich facility. Shipping times vary by destination and may be subject to customs inspection.
4.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or process a reimbursement of the purchase price. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery via our contact form. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to us.
5. Fees
All fees are quoted in Swiss francs and are due in full at the time of enrollment or purchase. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For individual services, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be made at no extra charge. Late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
7. Reimbursement Policy
7.1 Processing of Reimbursements
Approved reimbursements are processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
7.2 Service Programs
Cancellations made at least 7 days before program start qualify for full reimbursement. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource commitments. For non-refundable services as noted in section 2.2, no reimbursement is available.
7.3 Info Products
Requests for reimbursement of info products submitted within 14 days of access are eligible provided less than 10% of the content has been consumed. After this period or usage threshold, no reimbursement will be granted.
7.4 Goods
Defective or damaged goods may be shared or reimbursed for the purchase price. Notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the process. Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for reimbursement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeniorRetreat, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our products.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon posting on SeniorRetreat.biz. Continued use of our services or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Zurich.
